Beware the Ides of March....
Today is a very blustery day. As I sit here hoping not to blow away, I find myself thinking that it figures that the weather would be this way because it's March. And as we all know "March comes in like a lion" and also the phrase "Beware of the Ides of March" don't exactly give the month of March a pleasant reputation.
I found myself wondering what the phrase "Beware of the Ides of March" meant, so I looked it up. According to an article I read in National Geographic:
The Ides of March have to do with the assasination of Julius Caesar. Hmm, who knew?
